How quickly will I receive a quote or proposal?
The BeVenue team responds to enquiries within three working days. For urgent queries, please call us.
Can I hire a room for half a day?
Most rooms at BeVenue can be booked for half a day, a full day or multiple days.
How much does it cost to hire a room at BeVenue?
BeVenue offers competitive rates for high-quality facilities in a unique location. Prices depend on the room selected, the duration of your event, your catering requirements and any technical support needed. Contact our event team for a tailored proposal.
What meeting rooms and event spaces are available?
BeVenue offers meeting rooms, lounges/salons, conference spaces and a professional webcast studio with green screen technology. Our spaces accommodate between 8 and 200 guests.
Can I combine multiple rooms?
Many BeVenue clients hire multiple spaces for reception, catering, breakout sessions or parallel programmes. Some of our rooms can also be used in combination with the webcast studio to live-stream debates/discussions, events or TV broadcasts.
How do I book a room at BeVenue in Brussels?

Can I still change or cancel my reservation or booking?
Changes or cancellations can be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in your booking confirmation. Please contact us in good time to arrange this. The sooner you let us know, the more flexibly we can respond.
Location and getting here
Are the rooms accessible for wheelchair users?
The BeVenue building is accessible for people with reduced mobility. For any specific accessibility requirements, please contact our event team.
Where is BeVenue?
BeVenue is based at the headquarters of the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB) at Rue Ravenstein 4, Brussels, just a few minutes’ walk from Brussels-Central Station.
Is BeVenue easy to reach by public transport?
Located near Brussels-Central Station, the venue is easy to get to by train, metro, tram and bus. Brussels-Central Station also offers convenient train connections to the airport.
Is there somewhere to park bikes?
Guests arriving by bike can use the public bike rack near the entrance. Cycling is an environmentally friendly way to get to BeVenue without having to worry about parking.
Technology and studio
What audiovisual facilities are available?
BeVenue’s rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, screens, projection facilities and essential audiovisual equipment. Additional technical support is available on request.
Can I hold a hybrid meeting or event at BeVenue?
BeVenue frequently hosts hybrid events with both in-person and online participants. The venue also features a professional webcast studio, allowing its rooms to be easily combined with live streaming, live debates/discussions and recordings. Your technical requirements are discussed in advance and the solution is tailored to your needs.
Does BeVenue have a studio for webinars and podcasts?
BeVenue features a professional green screen studio with three cameras, two autocues and technical support for webinars, webcasts, podcasts, live streams and video recordings. Certain rooms can also be combined with the studio for recordings, live streams or live debates/discussions.
Is there a sound system with microphones?
Most rooms are equipped with a sound system featuring handheld or headset microphones. Please let us know how many microphones you would like and we’ll make sure everything is provided and properly connected.
Can I use my own equipment?
In most rooms, you can link your own laptops, cameras or audio equipment to our connectors. However, we recommend using the equipment we provide. If that is not possible, we advise performing a short technical check beforehand to test your own connections.
Will technical support be available during my event?
You can also book a technician to provide audio and video support before and during your event. Please mention this in your enquiry, and we will arrange the right support at the right price.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi for both organisers and participants.
Catering
Can you arrange catering for my event or meeting?
BeVenue provides a wide range of catering options, from coffee breaks and lunches to receptions and business cocktails.
Are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available?
BeVenue offers a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. The event team also accommodates specific dietary requirements and allergies to ensure a high-quality experience for every guest. BeVenue’s caterers carefully tailor the catering to your needs and preferences, without compromising on taste, presentation or variety.
Can I use my own caterer?
BeVenue works exclusively with designated catering partners who are familiar with the building and how the venue operates.
When do I need to confirm the final number of attendees for catering?
The BeVenue team confirms the final guest numbers with the caterer one week before the event. Any specific requests or dietary requirements can also be shared at that time.

What room layouts are available?
Depending on the room, various layouts are available, including theatre style, classroom style, U-shape and boardroom set-ups. At BeVenue, you can also combine multiple rooms if your event requires more than one space.
What types of room does BeVenue offer?

What is the capacity of the largest room?
Our largest room can accommodate several hundred guests, depending on the layout. It can hold more people for a standing reception than a sit-down dinner. We would be happy to advise you on the best layout to suit your plans. More details can be found on our dedicated web page.
